AGCD accreditation and certification are professional and private-sector recognitions and should not be interpreted as government accreditation, university accreditation, or regulated qualifications unless explicitly stated.

SECTION 3 – ACCREDITATION, CERTIFICATION & MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

AGCD may provide accreditation, certification, membership recognition, audit services, verification services, and related professional recognition services.

Submission of an application or purchase of an accreditation-related service does not automatically guarantee approval, accreditation, certification, membership, recognition, or endorsement.

AGCD reserves the right to request supporting documentation, conduct reviews, audits, assessments, interviews, or additional verification procedures before granting any accreditation, certification, membership, or recognition.

AGCD may approve, reject, suspend, revoke, withdraw, or decline renewal of any accreditation, certification, membership, listing, badge, credential, or recognition if AGCD determines that the applicant does not meet applicable standards, requirements, policies, or ethical expectations.

SECTION 4 – RENEWAL AND REVIEW

AGCD reserves the right to review accredited organizations, certified individuals, members, and recognized entities periodically.

Accreditations, certifications, memberships, recognitions, listings, badges, and credentials may be subject to renewal requirements, quality reviews, verification procedures, and ongoing compliance checks.

Failure to maintain compliance with AGCD requirements may result in suspension, withdrawal, non-renewal, or termination of recognition.
